The Waitangi Day health promotion at Waikawa Marae went really well. There was a huge crowd at the powhiri (100 plus manuhiri) and many others came and went throughout the day.

Mares and Karena spoke to a lot of whānau regarding the services provided by Te Piki Oranga, gave away health information and also spoke to whānau about the clinics that are run by the staff at the marae.
